Qualifications
Certified asset management professionals

Preferred
- Certified development professionals
- Work experience at REITs asset management companies, asset managers, securities firms, real estate advisory firms, accounting firms, etc.
- Experience in REIT investment and management at REITs AMCs or securities firms preferred
- Competence in deal analysis and investor marketing support, financial modeling, investment proposals and reports, and an understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and corporate law
- Strong English proficiency

Responsibilities
- Review of domestic real estate investments and deal sourcing for REITs
- REIT establishment, business licensing, asset acquisition, asset management and operation
- REIT board and shareholders’ meeting affairs, management administration
- Disclosure and reporting on the REIT information system
- Support for institutional investor relations
