T&D Investment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Seobu T&D Co., Ltd., a KOSDAQ-listed company. It was established in October 2026 to enhance the operational efficiency of the group’s core real estate assets, including hotels and logistics hubs, and to solidify its position as a comprehensive real estate financial group.

Through transparent disclosure and shareholder-friendly dividend policies, we strengthen the credibility of listed REITs, and by setting a model example of an advanced sponsor REIT, we aim to contribute to the qualitative growth of Korea’s indirect investment market.
